KFUM Oslo presents Jørgen Isnes as new coach after Johannes Moesgaard, who is now head coach in Vålerenga. Isnes led KFUM Oslo from 2017 to 2022 and promoted to Eliteserien on his second attempt in 2018. It was Isnes who in his time sent the baton to Johannes Moesgaard when he himself moved to Strømsgodset in 2023. Now the first-named therefore replaces his own replacement. After Moesgaard was clear last week as new head coach in Vålerenga – six years after he left the blue kings to become assistant coach under Isnes at Ekeberg. 46-year-old Isnes led «Kåffa» from 2017 to 2022 and promoted to Eliteserien on his second attempt in 2018. Recently, he was given responsibility for the G19 national team, after the Oslo man was last in Strømsgodset until he was fired in May 2025. KFUM stands with two losses in a row and is currently in 13th place in Eliteserien. Thomas Holm had the role of interim head coach after Moesgaard took the road to Intility Arena. Nettavisen has tried to contact Isnes, but has not received any response.
